Kyle Medders
Project Manager
Kyle serves as Project Manager for Bair Energy. His areas of expertise include supervision of plant process control, laboratory procedures and regulatory compliance and reporting. He is fluent in control drawings and relay logic controls. Kyle has extensive experience with wiring diagrams and control circuit troubleshooting. During his 19 year career, Kyle has operated and supervised water and wastewater treatment plant operations and facility. He has worked in all aspects of the water and wastewater utilities and previously served as the Commissioning Manager at the Northern Treatment Plant Project in Brighton Colorado and Project Manager for the Rio Rancho Utilities project in New Mexico.
Kyle is experienced with standard MCC and smart MCC installations and operation along with medium voltage switchgear and monitoring equipment. He has worked with all the major generator suppliers and automatic transfer equipment manufactures and been involved in several startups.
